Tangy Horseradish Sauce
When Christmas dinner comes around I think of a nice prime rib dinner. And the perfect accompaniment to a rich prime rib roast is horseradish sauce. The spicy sauce cuts through some of the richness of the beef perfectly. This recipe adds a little tang with our June Apple Cider Vinegar that adds just the right amount of acid to the dish and to your holiday table!
1 c. sour cream
3 to 4 Tbsp. horseradish (depending on how spicy you like yours!)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. June Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste
Cracked black pepper
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and chill until you're ready to serve dinner.
